Construction
Hull, Decks and Interior Structure will be built with Marine Gelcoat with Marine Polyester on E-Glass Fiber. Scantlings are to be according to CE Rules. Floors and panels will be supported with marine grade plywood. Varnished African mahogany veneer planked or vinyl covered bulkheads are to be made of two layers marine plywood on massive frames. Rockwool is used for heat and sound insulation through bulkheads. Deck and "Open-Air" floors will be coated with Teak. Kitchen&Corridor floors will be covered with varnished mahogany-lemon tree parquets. Cabin Floor will be carpet. Ceiling panels will be vinyl coated.
Systems
PPR Piping and fittings will be used for all fresh water system. One custom-build Polypropylene Fresh Water tank with 240Lts. capacity will be installed and mounted directly to hull. Water tank will have level indicator system. All taps for fresh water system will be chrome-plated bronze. The Boiler and Water Pressure Pump will be installed in engine locker for hot and pressurized water system. PPR Piping and fittings will be used for used water system. One custom build High-density polypropylene tank with 80Lts. of capacity will be installed and mounted directly to hull. Black water tank will have level indicator system and can be monitored and have discharge button on cockpit panel. Black can be discharged either to sump tank or to sea with a Y-Valve. CE certified fuel hoses will be used for all fuel system. Two High-density polypropylene custom-built fuel tanks –250Lts. each- will be mounted and insulated with rock wool. Paralleled fuel tanks can be filled simultaneously from deck of the boat. Three submersible 12VDC Bilge Pumps with automatic float switch system will be installed in each watertight unit.
Propulsion&Steering
Two 240BHP@3300RPM 4-Cylinder YANMAR Marine Diesel Engines with 10 Degrees (Hurt or equal) Gearbox with 2.65:1 ratio connected to Φ50 mm 316L Stainless Steel Shaft with elastic coupling. The propeller will be 3-Blades Bronze with 480mm Diameter2. Steering System will be (DATA or equal) hydraulic type with single steering station with single cylinder. Rudder blade will be Steel ST37. Steel ST37 P-Brackets will be used for hull connection. Engine locker will be insulated with soundproof panels. Engine supports will be stainless steel and connected with chrome screws.
Electric&Navigation
Main electric system will be 12VDC supplied by 200Ah batteries and 12VDC alternator on main engine(s). All lighting equipment and switches will have brass frames for classic look. Two 220VAC plugs will be available for external galley equipment and bathroom.. DC Main Panel will be located under helm station and covered with smoked Plexiglas door. 220VAC Shore Power Connection Socket will be installed.
Accommodation
One Cabin with King-Size double berth, twin lockers, drawers and carpet planked floor.
One Galley with PVC based Worktop, Two burner Gas Stove, Stainless Steel Sink, and Refrigerator.
One Bath Room with manual operated WC Head, Washbasin with PVC Based vanity top, and Shower in separate cabin.
One dinette area with folding Dinning Table made of varnished African mahogany and U-Shape couch around Dinning Table for four guests. Dining area is convertible to double berth.
One Cockpit area with Captain Couch, Steering console and locker. Waterproof speakers will be installed. 24VDC Panel will be installed under the captain couch with smoked Plexiglas hatch. Steering console will be classic style, varnished root veneer.
One U-Shape Couch for 6 people with lockers and drawers.
